  I own a bunch of rentals and this is who we use for carpet - http://discountqualityflooring.com/Home - they are in Holly Hill. They usually have some deals on left over carpet from commercial installations that you can get a deal on. They install usually the next day and sometimes you can even deal with them on the price.
