  [Cook's](https://www.cookspest.com/), $41/month, professional, visit monthly, come out again if you need anything. We looked at Wayne's too, but they only come out quarterly, slightly cheaper. The Cook's rep was professional, polite, didn't walk around our floors with muddy boots (we're a shoes off house), and didn't push hard to sell things.
