  Local area REALTOR here with a lot of experience in Fed-Pac panel replacements in both investment properties and in homes I've helped buy\sell. I've had great luck with [AC DC STATEWIDE ELECTRIC, INC. ](http://www.acdcstatewide.com) and honestly, [Ferran](http://www.ferran-services.com) as well. **edit**: Forgot this part - as for cost, really depends on the load\size\circuits but, I'd say you're going to spend between $900-$1,200 on the average replacement.
