  Lawyer/Accountant recommendations? r/dc, I find myself in need of a good lawyer as well as an accountant. I'm looking to form an LLC and could use some competent advice. Specifically anyone with real estate experience would be awesome. I met with some guy yesterday who looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I used the term "Disregarded Entity" and thought I should be paying self-employment tax on passive activity, so if anyone's got people who are *good* I could really use some recs.
