Hi...I will tell a little story...i started my road to fitness...decided to go solo on my weight training...following folks who's advise was good..Down 85 lbs, feeling great...decided to up my arm weights to 10 lbs...RIP! did something amazingly painful to my shoulder (MRI done, waiting for report) and cannot rotate my arm outward. So best advise...go to a great trainer. I do not know him personally but if you read about Glenn Marcella at the Playground, you will see he is a highly experienced personal trainer who owns this fitness center. Hind site being 20/20 probably not a bad idea to have gone with someone who would probably not have allowed a tendon to snap on you or a muscle to rip! There is The Playground, a unique way for physical fitness. Glenn Marcella is the trainer/owner and had a great rep. Then there is LA fitness in Farmington...really great place to go to as well!
