  You wana know what grinds my gears? For the last month and a half, I've been calling all the contractors I can find to give me estimate on a couple of big jobs I want done. Would you believe NOT ONE has called me back, except for a roofing company. WTH are they all sitting on big stacks of cash or did they all go to Florida for the winter? Just don't get it.
