Been trying to find one to assist me in my search for a 3 bed/2 bath pet friendly home in the San Tan Valley area. Thought I had one lined up but once she found out I was a single mom ( with 2 adult children and 1 teen) with less than stellar credit and firm in my 1K budget, all communications with her stopped and she won't return my phone calls. Very unprofessional but I won't post her name here. Just need some help is all. She had no idea how she lost my business and I had the cash in hand ready to put down for the deposits and associated fees. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!! Need to move ASAP
