He was severely abused in the past before they got him therefore has a lot of anxiety issues. He doesn't like children a whole lot but is ok around other dogs or cats who are friendly. He has issues with men especially so it would be best if a calm female was looking after him for the most part. He also has seizures every so often that needs to be watched for. The biggest thing is security. He is so extremely attached to my mom that if he got out, you would NEVER catch him. He would just run and and run looking for my mom. So I need to know of a place that will accommodate this needs.
