  Yes Annie. Pat is correct. (I'm one of the owners of the coop) Since everything is homemade and fresh, there are only a few menu items that ARE NOT gluten-free. I even do our gravy for the mashed with corn starch so that's also gluten-free. As a matter of fact, the gluten-free fried chicken started out as a staff favorite before it occurred to us that it was gluten-free. We have one fryer that has never seen flour and is designated for gluten-free customers only. If you have other questions let me know. Our website is www.bcschickencoop.com
