  I have a fresh talent stylist (fully trained and licensed) that charges $35 and we offer 20% off for new clients. She is really good and everything is watched over by a master stylist. Adore Salon and Spa 916-817-4115. Full service too! Cut includes scalp massage, wash, style, hand massage...etc! Like a little spa get away....
