  On a positive note I wanted to say a huge thank you and pass on my reviews of 3 local companies/trades I have used from recommendations in this group...... Laptop repair - Anthony Hall at A&A PC services contacted me through a post I made on Facebook and even offered to collect my laptop; he fixed the initial problem, updated the laptop and I think it now runs better than when I bought it. Carpet cleaner - Carters Carpet and Upholstery were recommended after a post I made about 3 weeks ago; the difference on my carpets is unbelievable, I cannot post before and after photos as I am now a little embarrassed of the before
