The location comes with a full industrial kitchen to use if needed. The style is family friendly, higher end buffet covering all courses, hours from 430pm till 10pm.   I know I've seen posts on here looking for caterer suggestions, so please forgive me for the redundant post....:) I am seeking a caterer who does food stations or food truck(s) for a 150-200 person wedding in June 2017. WE ARE NOT HAVING A FORMAL SIT DOWN DINNER, but rather a bunch of appetizers. Our food ideas are ALL over the board. So our objective is to stick with appetizer-sized portions and offer a variety of options. I have no idea where to start but am thinking a food truck or two might be the way to go(?). I just don't want to have 5 different food trucks. Please help! Here are our main appetizer ideas.... - gyros (various meats) - pulled pork sliders - salmon sliders or fish tacos - soft pretzels and nacho cheese (late night snack perhaps?) Our venue is in Snohomish at Woodland Meadow Farms. Let me know your suggestions!!! Please and thank you!!!!!

We are looking for a reasonably priced buffet for 150 people, preferably which includes some of the linens, glassware, etc. Bar service not a must but highly appreciated. We aren't super picky on food, but are not looking for red meat or anything very fancy - more focus on flavorful, fresh, PNW food, ethnic flair is great, and the nicer the staff the better!
