  Hi! I have a bride who's wedding location fell through so now they're scrambling to find a new place. Wedding is on Sat. Sept. 19 (though they are open to moving the date if necessary) What they're looking for: • really want access to tent space, camping or cabins for people to be able to stay the night • Outdoor setting • accommodate approx 175 people • existing stage would be a cool bonus They're also open to places that aren't usually "wedding venues" so if you know of a private property that might be a good fit they're also interested!   My fiancé and I had initially been anticipating for a late summer 2016 wedding. We have unfortunately learned that the health of a vital bridal party member is failing. We have chosen to move the wedding date, hopefully Late July, possibly early August 2015. The new time restraint DRASTICALLY affects our budget. We have approximately 100 guests (including the bridal party). We are now searching for an inexpensive venue (preferably outdoors) that will fit along with the rustic burlap/lace type theme. (my fiancé REALLY likes the idea of a barn that's been converted for a venue). I need the venue to be within an hour or so from Portland. We are also looking for a caterer. I would really prefer plated dinners opposed to buffet style, but with the new time/budget restraints I may have to compromise. Now only having 8 months or so to plan is a bit overwhelming, but being able to look back at photos and see our friend in the bridal party will be worth it all. HELP!? Any suggestions?

  Clackamas River Farm has the perfect outdoor farm setting and Ecotrust has the perfect in the city rooftop perch. Either one is beautiful and I would recommend both depending on exactly what you want. Secondly, I would suggest Botanica Floral for Eco friendly. Also, Crave Catering does Eco friendly so well, we even have our own farm.
