  YW =D Do u have Badger Care? If u do th appointment phone number is 920-272-1900 the other number I gave b4 was for info. If you dont have Badger Care the appointment number is 920-437-9773 & uninsured clinic is only open late Aug till mid May when the Dental students are there. Also, for uninsured clinic you need proof of income b4 appointment can be made. Hope this helps.
