  ANON Hi we're looking for a builder for our 4 bed family home, first time building and looking for a stress free (as much as possible), no big $$$$ hidden surprises, good inclusions, reliable build time and quality. We don't want to be promised the world just to be let down and paying for it. The big project builders look very nice but I know there hidden costs can be huge and they don't deliver on quality. We've met with builders but it can get a bit confusing. Just wanting some impartial advice anonymously. Thank you

  I would definitely recommend Ryan Sullivan Builders. They are building our house at the moment and have been amazing through every step. They are a small family run business, they helped us design the house and they have been so helpful through the whole process. Reasonable price, honest and very prompt communication. We have been so happy with them.
