  Hi Ange McAninly , there's heaps of info around regarding what to avoid for fructose intolerance, and if it's just fructose but not the other FODMAPs it shouldn't be too difficult to simply exclude high fructose foods (see http://www.foodintolerancemanagementplan.com.au/ , and this http://www.med.monash.edu/cecs/gastro/fodmap/ ).
