Gourmet/High End Food Stores For people that don’t drink or aren’t big drinkers, I like to give things like higher end olive oils, vinegars, and other gourmet foods for Christmas. I keep looking for specialty grocery stores and I keep coming up with mostly liquor/wine stores. Any recommendations of where to go? I’d rather go local than Amazon.

[The Spice and Tea Exchange](https://www.spiceandtea.com) in the Quarter. [Verdure Olive Oil](https://www.verdureoliveoil.com) on Magazine near Louisiana. If you go there you might take a look at Spirit Wines which is just a couple blocks away. They have a small gourmet grocery section too.
Weird question, but does anybody know of a restaurant in the area with truffle fries on the menu?

If you don't find a place and decide to try them at home, I recommend the Black Truffle salt from The Spice & Tea Exchange - Georgetown, Alexandria, or online at spiceandtea.com.
Now that AHA in Houma moved and is no longer focusing on what they previously offered, can any one recommend a place to buy loose tea? And how about a massage therapist?
