  Cleveland/Salisbury NC area - Anyone know a good electrician? I put new bulbs in the kitchen overhead. When I turn on the light it makes a sizzling sound, so I'm not turning it on. I blow at least a bulb a month. The new porch outlet won't work at all. The hall lights flickered and then that one doesn't work either now. All this is to the left side of the house.
