Malones's Rose Hill Farm, Terrell Tx. I am looking for fruit trees to plant. I need Peach, Apple and Pear. Can anyone recommend where I can find them? And Pecan trees, almost forgot!

check out this site, they are bare root but you won't find better quality. A friend and I drove out there this last winter and brought back a whole truck load of trees for people at church. They were excellent quality and the pecan trees, Caddo, were huge for the money The main thing you can count on is that the trees they sell will grow here in North Texas. http://www.womacknursery.com/

Womack nursery is good for all trees. Texas Pecan Nursery in Chandler is good for pecans.

We've always ordered fruit trees (peaches and plum) from Womack nursery. It claims its root stock are nematode resistant ,which is important for our soil. Saw the Legg Creek nursery online last Fall, offered a little cheaper prices but went with Womack again since we've had good luck with the trees as long as we can keep off the bores. These two were 3-4' tall trees planted beginning of this Jan.
I would really like to know which fruit trees do well in Central Texas. Dry caliche(clay) soil. Also, although the Arbor tree foundation recommends the hazelnut tree for our area...I've never heard of one or seen them in nurseries...

Start here and look at their lists. Read the details on each , They have one of the best selections out there. Get HIgh CHill hours and stay away from Bartlett pears. http://www.womacknursery.com/ They only sell bare root for about 3 months in the middle of the winter but look at their lists of recommendations. One of the best sources
