They took over a year to provide us with our video after constant badgering and poor communication, they didn't follow anything that I asked them to, I requested some edits and they have sent me empty promises that they will do them and now no longer replying, we paid for RAW footage which we never received and they are no longer replying.. it is nearly 2 years since our wedding and we continue to be ghosted despite them owing us hundreds of dollers worth of raw footage that we paid for ! would not wish anyone to go through this and have to associate this with their wedding day!
