Doesn't build to code.Uses homeowner's building account to purchase items to buy personal items (items were never used at build site nor were they items for the build site. Foundation not to code. Lots of repairs still need to be done on work he says is "finished." Says paid other workers -- electrician, perk test (he knew there was issues with the perk. Didn't have it done properly, and so it had to be redone, air/heating and the list goes on. They were paid twice. Meaning Clemons was paid but he failed to pay them, The homeowner had to pay for these services again..And he doesn't discriminate -- he treats family and clients the same way. He is untrustworthy. Please do background research before you hire a contractor and never hire this man.
