They have zero integrity and never checked in the crawl space...just wrote a report stating the house has NO signs of termite activity active or otherwise. Gave the previous owner a pass...now they don't need to pay for corrective measures for the multiple signs of termite infestation in my home found by an actual pest control company. I called Early Bird Termite and Pest Control to do preventative just to find out Rider Pest Control RIPPED me off. They let the previous homeowner walk away now the termite treatment is my expense. I contacted Rider. The receptionist (Rude 1) immediately lies and tells me the inspection letter they provided for $75 was good for one month. I pointed out the 90 days and the one year language on their letter and emailed the owner pictures of the termite activity in my crawl space, left my phone number for her to call me and did not receive a call back until late in the day after I email her again that I have the estimate $1160 to correct to termite infestation and that I'm having a reputable company provide the remedy since Rider already lied and basically stole money from me. The owner Betty was so rude on the phone. She was loud and unapologetic for the lack of honest service. She hung up on me after informing me I'd get $75 worth of corrective action from Rider to protect my home from termites. That was it. They lied, let the previous owner walk away without treating the house and I'm supposed to just get over it and let THEM come do "minimum treatment" after they have revealed themselves as being dishonest crooks. The worst and rude...the owner acted like I just tried to steal from her and not the other way around. Do not use this company! I retired from the US Air Force and bought my retirement home here in GA... I pray this is not an example of the best of GA businesses. What is wrong with having a little integrity? Earn what you get. Stealing from folks will only cost you more in the long run. Seriously terrible attitudes and horrible service from the owner to employees. Beware!
