Happy wedding planning! www.winabealsphotography.com As for catering, Pyramid Catering is great, their food is always delicious and they are flexible with their menu and will tweak them according to your budget. I can't tag them since I'm on my Kindle but they are easily found on Google. Wedding cakes, I've worked with Stone Layne Baked Specialties in Seattle, and Celebrity Cakes in Tacoma, both are amazing. Not sure about the pricing though.

  It's a little tucked away but Antheia Ballroom in Snohomish might be able to do that. It's small enough to not feel empty when having around 100 ppl but does not feel crowded either.
