  Birthlight teach our of London. I did Perinatal Level 1 & 2 with Birthlight and would definitely recommend it. There's great ongoing support which is great when you are teaching ladies with differing needs in pregnancy classes.

  As I've only recently arrived in Mallorca I have yet to set up a premises for teaching pregnancy yoga classes. However I can do one to ones in your home, and hope to start up classes soon. My training was with Birthlight in the UK (birthlight.com).

  Thanks Rosemary Just seen your lovely comment ! But I don't teach pregnancy yoga. Ann at yogayousanctuary runs a lovely class in liscard and Cathy from birthlight teaches in west kirby. Kate - I teach birthlight mum and baby yoga for when your little one arrives ! Great for postnatal recovery and babies love it.
