  If you're looking for a no-frills place and you don't mind a very touchy massage (you'll see what I mean when you go) then you've got to try Renew Day Spa at 42 Bowery. Outside it's all Chinatown craziness but inside it's clean, quiet, pretty, relaxing, they treat you well and a full hour massage is $35. Phone (212) 227-9488
