  Hey! So my wife and I just moved into a trailer on a property on Hill St. I work 9-5 Monday thru Friday and never have time to look at anything. The electric was sparking from a light switch and smelled like fire, we can't get the pilot light lit on the water heater(probably needs thermocoupler) something is up with the toilet flusher, and we just need a little assistance in making this house a home. Is there anyone reading this that's handy around the house that would like to make a little extra money? Our next step is to hire an electrician, but if we could pay one of the great people of Anza, we would rather do that. The landlord will be covering all costs, and it would be great to get someone over here asap. Thanks.
