  My family's 3 rd and final immigration lawyer is amazing: Fiona Brook - http://www.brooklaw.com. If only we had used her when we first moved to the US. She is an immigration attorney. That is all she does. She doesn't do taxes. She doesn't sue people. She won't defend you against a speeding ticket. Whoever you use, I recommend you use someone who specializes in immigration law. They really need to be knowledgeable about current laws, current programs that your grandparents could use to apply through.

  If you mean for a Canadian to get a work visa to work in the US, then I recommend Fiona Brook, who specializes in immigration law. Her website is http://www.brooklaw.com. Fiona was the 3 rd (and final lawyer) to handle my family's immigration to the US. The first 2 lawyers had great reputations, but they provided a variety of legal services. We realized that there is a benefit to working with someone who specializes in immigration law.
