  Instant print.co.uk - 50 posters for £23.99 I think, including postage. Not sure how much their flyers are but they ship within a couple of days. Avoid Hot Ice like the plague though - I ordered from them early March & until a week ago was battling though paypal to get my money back as they took 3 weeks to ship, didn't reply to any of my emails & were generally just awful! x
