  Anjenetta A. wrote: Completely unorganized. I made an appointment to get dental work done and was only scheduled for half of the work I requested. When I inquired about the remaining work I requested, I was not accommodated even though the scheduling issue was their fault. They told me that I would have to schedule another appointment to complete the remainder of my work. I have a very busy schedule and I explained that to the dentist. I also was an Invisalign patient. I told the dentist that I wanted to see if he could fix the remaining gap in my tooth before ordering my retainers. Cambridge went ahead and ordered my retainers anyway and I still have a gap in my front tooth after spending thousands of dollars on Invisalign. I wanted to order a refinement if the dentist was not able to manually fix the gap. However, that opportunity was robbed from me because they decided to order my retainers prematurely. My retainers also don't even fit properly because they did some teeth shaving after they took the final 3-D image of my teeth. Then, to top it all off. I went to the exit counter to pay the co-pay of my dental work and neither of the receptionists acknowledged me to take my payment. I stood there for at least 5-10 minutes waiting to pay for the terrible experience I received. One of the receptionists was continuing a personal conversation, ignoring my presence. While the other just looked at me and got up and walked away from the desk. I attempted to speak with a manager about this complaint and was completely blown off. I have been a loyal customer and patient to Cambridge, and I feel I was treated like crap. Ridiculous.

  I go to Cambridge Dental in Dearborn. It's on the corner of inkster and warren. We've always received great service and they weekend and evening appointments. I see Dr. Stanhouse, but they have several dentists in the practice. http://www.cambridgedentalgroup.com/
