  I am looking for 3 select builders to explore options on building in my development. . I have over 300 lots right now and particularly interested in my 100 waterfront lots. Lots will be all improved Bulk headed and in a private Gated community called The Peninsula. Real-tors if you know of a quality builder let me know. I will pay commission on lot and home sales. Homes from 2500 sf to 3200 sf under 450,000 seems to be the hot ticket both ranch style and 2 story. I have 7 specs going in right now and cant keep up with the demand and would be more interested in selling land and marketing and selling your homes. — at On Lake Conroe.
