  We just moved to Lonsdale and would love some help getting to know the area. Any suggestions on where to get best groceries or get a bite to eat? Fun family activities? ect. I have two children one school age and one toddler. Looking for any advice u have! I love this town already but with it being so cold it's hard to get out and discover!

  Anita Vail you are in the middle of a heaven of choices both in town and slightly over the next town forms of local. Excellent activities with TCU (Tri City United School District) Community Ed for families as well as ECFE programs and TCU In town th ere are several places to eat Whistle Stop, Flicek's Bar, Subway, Treats of Lonsdale etc; There are good restaurants with short drives in Northfield, Webster, Montgomery, New Prague, Millersberg and Faribault. There are groceries in all of those except Millersberg and Webster. Park and trail system in town are great. There is a Mom's Club in town, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, etc. As for recreation, the Fitness Studio Lonsdale is a great place for recreation as well wink emoticon also https://www.facebook.com/FitnessStudioLonsdaleandMobile...
