Hi all, my name is Sinead Loughnane and I am a graduate from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I am a qualified Nutritional therapist and have formed LemonBeets Nutrition to help people achieve optimum nutrition.
From my three years of study in this field I have come to understand the importance of devising a personalised nutritional plan for clients that is as unique as they are.
My goal is to educate and empower people on achieving optimal health, starting through nutrition. However as I am currently studying for my MSC in Nutrition I will not be seeing clients for consultations until June 2017.
My areas of specialisation include digestive issues such as IBS, hormonal issues such as PCOS as well as sports performance and healthy weight loss plans, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

The I. asked:Hello everyone! Good Morning :) I have a readers question if anyone can help :) Can anyone recommend a good nutritionist in Co. Cork area.
