For a brand to buuy, which is probably less nutritious, I'm a sucker for So Delicious, due in part to their affiliation with Turtle Mountain, the availability, and the admitted yumminess. I've only tried one flavour of Coconut Bliss, which was yum, and I was not a fan of the first and only Tofutti flavour I tried. Everyone has different taste preferences, though, and I for one am vastly interested in making my own frozen treats, which are not very common in my own personal diet. .. There used to be another brand, I think it had little astronauts on the label, but that seems to have disappeared from my locale. .. I don't want to hijack the thread with my question about figs, but thank you for bringing that up, Christine Villasenor; I think I'll start a post here.Liz G. replied:Coconut Bliss brand is actually creamier, and richer tasting than conventional icecream.

Visit a health food store, and you'll see there's more Coconut Bliss selection and cheaper too, one litre cartons of Silk vanilla creamer for your coffee, Silk VERY VANILLA soy milk with more added vanilla! Mind you, they stick animal-based Vitamin D3 and the non-veg version of B12 in most of their cereals to 'fortify' them, even basic cereals like corn flakes and rice krispies. It's crazy. I tend to buy organic cereal 99% of the time, but you have to tread carefully when buying cereals and bread in the US.
