  So I was told by the Orthodontist that my daughter has to have 8 teeth pulled as she is holding onto her baby teeth too long and that is causing the adult teeth issues. Has anyone been through this? Will the dentist/oral surgeon pull all at once or in more than one visit? Then the million dollar question is what is the going price to have a tooth pulled? The dental insurance we have is not covering her orthodontic work so I am pretty sure I'm on the hook for pulling all 8 teeth.
