I obviously didn't think that I would need this lawyer so I'm not financially able to hand over $5000.00 so need someone that will take payments. Any information would be greatly appreciated!   It can be expensive, it really depends on your situation. I would humbly suggest the approach of St. Thomas Legal (they have a FB page). They work with payments.
