  Our rabbi told us not to call Hatzolah because we shouldn't make other Jews be mechalel Shabbos for us. We used Jewel Car Service- 718-575-1212. It was less than $20 and they got to us in less than 10 minutes. Put the exact amount in an envelope in an outside pocket of your bag. The driver will take it out when you get to the hospital.
