  Taylor S. wrote: 8 weeks ago I paid for a visit to heather I was dark brown. I wanted a ballyage... but I wanted In a safe way. She explained it would take 5 hours and did a skin test. She stripped and bleached my hair and applied a toner. (£125) Explained I would need to look after it and return in 4 weeks to which I did. 4 weeks later I returned she bleached again. (£85) I went home and the vision of my hair was so different so what I wanted. Also snapped in places and she said “this happens with bleach hence why she starts at the back” She offered to fix at a cost of £15. I suffer badly with anxiety and found it easier to pop her a respectful message when home. I paid and went back. She then explained she has had a problem with people going ginger and that people have been unhappy and it was her toners. She darkened my hair and I left happy. I washed twice since then ( I’ve been washing once a week at her recommendation and applying minimal heat) It’s now ginger again. In total 8 weeks on still damaged and still snapping regardless of me following all the recommendations. I’ve paid this woman £225 .. I’ve lost so much in length, it’s damaged to hell and ginger. This lady has acknowledged her mistakes I’ve requested a partial refund but she has informed Me she can’t afford to refund me because I’ve applied a brown dye today. I’m not normally confrontational with these things and I hate debates and bad situations. But feel it’s right to make people aware of the experience I’ve had. I’m not saying everyone has gone through this but this is my experience. All I wanted was a safe experience in ballyage. The first picture was what I originally wanted. I’m sorry if this upsets you heather but I tried to resolve this like an adult
