Payments always changed and were higher or lower. Donald was paid on time always and yet his only concern was his money. He seriously dropped the ball on a reschedule file for a de novos hearing, meaning he NEVER filed for a reschedule in the 7 days time and he left us hanging all week long with NO communication despite how many times we contacted him. BECAUSE OF HIM WE ARE NOW BACK AT SQUARE ONE TRYING TO SAVE CHILDREN FROM A HORRID AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE SITUATION. Always an excuse was given. He never showed up prepared for our court hearings, he was always dealing with "emergencies" for other clients and we were often left to wait in court until he finally arrived all flustered from his previous issues and again demanding money. He does not file things correctly at all. High contested child custody cases, stay FAR FAR AWAY because all he see's is money and he will not help just lies.. Newly hired well known family law attorneys in Tarrant county are now telling us how he filed things wrong and filed unnecessary things just for money! He did not file things on time which cost us a lot. Children's lives and safety are at stake and no care was given by this man. Despicable and horrible. Honestly, how do you sleep at night? Payment plans what a joke!! Such lies!!! $3,000 + WASTED & A SCAM!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

  We used Donald Nemac his office is Alta Mere in Fort Worth he is very good at child custody and he does an awesome payment plan 817-382-8333 text him and he will get back to you.. we have used him more than once. Tell him I referred you. No joke he will get the paper work started with a very minimal down payment. This guy is who your looking for. Just call him.
