I met John this morning -- he seemed very knowledgeable, and my impression was that he was a nice and trustworthy guy. . . Does anyone have any experience working with him? We'll also be doing some major work . . . 2) We'll need a GOOD roofer -- one who will take time to really identify the problems (not just slap on a new roof and call it a day), can offer creative solutions, and will quote a fair price (not an "oh you live in Winchester, you must have money to burn" price). 3) Any good experiences with insulation pros?
