All our orders come direct from our warehouse in USA but I'd love to be your rep :) I have a Facebook page that I keep up to date with information, sales competitions etc Facebook.com/youniquebyashie No need for normal mascara. The instructions say to but you really don't need it. You can put a few coats of 3D fiber mascara on for a fuller longer look. It's best to have a play and see what looks best on you.
