  Samantha B. wrote: HORRID EXPERIENCE! He broke one of our $400 statues with his plow, and refused to take responsibility!! We politely asked him to come to an agreement, either helping to fix it or replace it, and he pulled all services without any sort of refund!! If that wasn't bad enough we paid $500, only to have to shovel everything ourselves anyway! Over 3 times the snow has been well above our ankles, and he still never showed up! It would have been cheaper and far less of a hassle to just buy a snowblower and do it ourselves instead of wasting money on this useless guy. The owner, Rob, was an incredibly rude and childish on the phone, and what horrible customer service!

  Daniel B. wrote: Was there about 3 hours over a months time span.never showed when promised. Never called when he didnt show. Hired someone else to complete the job even after paying him a deposit becuase it wasnt worth the headache.
