Greg, Dale Platz 231-652-2016 (Newago) We did not have an emergency, but found that Home Depot, Lowes, Etc., do not really do this. Signed up, no electrician called. Finally found Platz via google. He is great. He arrived next day and installed 4 days later. Generac. Do not know whether he would help with a machine you would have already purchased.
