  All my life I have gone to Glendale Flower Mart for flowers to put on relatives at Forest Lawn. It used to be Grandma, Mom and me and now it's down to just me. I went there the other day and they are closed! Not only am I sad about that, but I can't find any other place to walk in and say, "I'd like 4 of the dutch iris for a nitch, please." Florists now seem only to have premade arrangements in vases. Does anyone know of any other flower shop even remotely like the great Glendale Flower Mart? Thanks!

  Try Walter's Flowers at (818) 246-1706. They have been in Glendale a very long time.
