  I am an estate planning attorney in Carlsbad. So think of me for all your home buyers. Ask if they have a revocable living trust. If not, they need one! I also have a nitch with my Young Adult Peace of Mind package for those 18 - 26 year olds. An estate plan is as important as a credit card, so don't leave home without one.
