  Hi folks, I'm looking for some help with evicting a tenant who is stop paying his rent on one of my HMOs. I have already given them notice to quit however, he refused to leave the property and refused to pay me any more rent. I'm believe at this stage section 8 is the right notice but I'm looking for an organisation to take it on and deal with it as a one stop shop. The property is based in Aldridge, West Midlands.   Read the agreement though. It will/should state whether you give them 7 days, 14 days etc... Or if it's anti social behaviour, get em out straight away. No protection from eviction so it would be a waste of money paying for advice. I'm happy to have a chat over the phone with your friend to discuss their options.
