  This is a "shout out" for Shawn Vayda. Shawn is the contractor who remodeled my home 5 years ago. Not only did Shawn come in under budget (virtually unheard of) but he did a great job of opening up space in my home, improving the lighting, updating the electric & plumbing, converting a never used bedroom to a semi luxurious bathroom, etc. The reason for today's praise is that, despite the extreme cold & wind, Shawn made the house as "snug as a bug in a rug" but without the bugs. Over the years Shawn has continued to come out twice a year for Spring & Autumn tune ups, getting me electronics when I've requested , etc. This guy is simply awesome! And I get to read Christine Vayda's FB posts from time to time telling about their occasional vacations, how the kids are doing, etcetera. These two are good family people. If you live in NH or MA and need work done to your home, I highly recommend Shawn.
