Terms & Conditions 1. A non-refundable payment of £50 is required to secure your booking. 2. Balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the event. 3.YSM Eventsmart will endeavour to remove Any stains and make light repairs to items, but in the event of permanent damage or missing items, you agree to reimburse YSM Eventsmart 6 times the cost of hire per item. 4. You may cancel your booking up to 12 weeks before the event and you will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If you cancel 8 weeks before the event you will receive 50% refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations of less than 8 weeks prior to the event, shall be entitled to no refund. 5. YSM Eventsmart will not be liable should any injury or expense occur during the use of our products, and we provide our products and services in the good faith that they will be used as intended!
