At the moment the roof from the small barn has been cleared, just leaving the concrete block walls to leave a concrete base. Those could possibly be removed. Therefore barn to be replaced from the base to the roof. Wiring & lighting put in. Doors added to fit design. Outside block work screened off to allow for painting so planning isn't required.
