  Is there a page for "places not to go in Jefferson City? I used to be a loyal customer at Pet Smart in JC. However, no more nor will I ever use their grooming salon for my dog. He had a grooming appointment at 10:00 a.m. and at 1:40 p.m. all they had done was bathe him, hadn't started on his hair cut. I DO NOT SUGGEST using their grooming salon.
