  Not business related: Wondering if anyone has a referral for a contractor to remodel a small bathroom in the western burbs. Needs to handle electric, plumbing, tile, paint, etc. First and second bid are $4k different (for a TINY bathroom!), and 3rd bid never came in. Why are home projects always so challenging to get going??? sigh... THANK YOU!

  Here's his number. (815) 651-7549 Don't freak out when he comes in well under the other guys. He does great work and it licensed, insured, and registers withy dupage county if you decide to get a permit.

  We just went through the exact same thing trying to find a guy for our smallish project and the bids wee thousands of dollars different, or they never got back to me. We ended up using Dennis Smith of More Than A Carpenter . He was well priced, quick, clean, reliable, and did a great job.
